Delivery Prices/Times

Please note we only ship on certain days, please allow 1-4 working days for processing your order.

Standard delivery - 2-4 days - £4.99

Standard Delivery (Europe) 2-11 working days Shipped via UPS or DHL - £25

Standard delivery (Rest of world) - 3-17 working days Shipped via UPS or DHL - £TBC

Import duties may occur on parcels being shipped outside the UK. We do not cover the cost of any of these fees, please ensure you are aware of any customs or import fees before ordering.

All shipping times are based on working days only. This excludes Bank holidays, Public holidays and Sundays.


Order Processing
Once an order is placed it will be processed, the item will be packaged by us and then sent out within 24 hours (except Sundays where Royal Mail do not operate). 


Delivery Time
All orders placed will be sent via Royal Mail for orders made inside the UK and UPS or DHL for international orders. Tracking codes are available upon request and will be sent via text or email once the order has been sent. Most orders will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times are as follows:

UK 1-4 working days 
Europe 2-11 working days 
Worldwide 3-17 working days

All orders made and processed will be shipped the within the following day (Except on Weekends). Please allow for an extra few days during busy times (Christmas, Black Friday's etc.).


Delivery& Guarantee
We will not take responsibility for any orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping addresses given, however, any other parcels that do not arrive will be refunded. Any orders over the value of £250 will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured up to the value of £500.

Returns Policy

Returns can be accepted for a refund (please see details for any deductions due to payment method) or exchange within 14 days of delivery. If your refund request is submitted outside of this 14 day time frame then your request will be rejected. Please read ALL of our returns policy below for more information. 

At Elite Attire UK, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-owned or Brand-new designer item, we offer a hassle-free returns process under the following conditions:

When We Can Accept a Return: 
 

  • Returns will be accepted if the item has undisclosed damage that was not mentioned in the product description or shown in the pictures at the time of purchase. We carefully inspect each item before listing, but in rare cases, an issue may be overlooked

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
                                         
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were received. This includes original tags, packaging, and no signs of wear, alterations, or damage.      

  • Klarna, Clearpay, & PayPal 'Pay in 3' Orders: Please note that any orders paid through Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal Pay in 3 will be subject to a 5.99% deduction from the refund amount. This is due to these payment platforms charging a non-refundable processing fee of 5.99% once the item has been purchased.

  • Authenticity and Inspection: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the same standards for authenticity and condition as when they were sold. If an item is found to be altered, changed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. If this is the case you will be eligible to pay the cost of postage to return the item back to you along with our processing fee of £20

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can offer an exchange for another item of equal value minus any possible deductions due to payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.
