As a pre-loved marketplace, some item on our platform may have had a previous life. To keep things transparent and help you shop with confidence, we use a clear condition grading system for all listings.

Each item is carefully assessed and placed into one of the condition categories below. This helps you understand exactly what to expect before you buy — from brand new, unworn pieces to items that show signs of wear.

Natural signs of use can vary depending on the item’s age, material, and previous wear, but our condition guide provides a consistent standard across the platform. If an item has any notable marks, flaws, or defects, these will always be highlighted in the product description and images.

Our goal is simple: honest listings, clear expectations, and no surprises when your item arrives.

Brand new with original tags. Original packaging may be included in some cases.

Brand new without tags. Original packaging and box may be included in some cases.

Very lightly used with only minimal, barely noticeable signs of wear.

Used but well maintained, with some visible signs of wear such as small marks or light scratches.

Heavily used with noticeable wear or flaws but still functional and usable.

Has clear damage, faults, or issues and may require repair.
